About Emily T. Starr
Emily recently graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a master’s degree in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Policy. She is trained in ecology and public policy, has taught high school and college courses, and enjoys writing and editing. This combination of skills and interests has lead her to pursue a career in communications for environmental organizations. She is currently volunteering for the Conservation Law Foundation and the Waltham Energy Action Committee. Emily lives with her husband, two cats, and about fifty houseplants.
